The short version

CostToRun.uk is a static website. It has no user accounts, no login, and no server that stores your data. The calculator runs entirely in your browser — the numbers you type are never sent to us.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics only if enabled by the site operator; when active it is configured to avoid collecting personal data where possible. We may use advertising, which can set cookies; where advertising or non-essential cookies are active you will see a cookie notice and can decline. See our cookie policy.

Third parties

If advertising or analytics are enabled, those third parties (for example an ad network or analytics provider) process data under their own policies. Outbound product links may take you to retailers with their own privacy policies.

Your rights
